Connect Your Twilio Account

Texts go out under your Twilio account. You keep full control of your phone numbers and 10DLC compliance.

Log in to Twilio Console
Go to console.twilio.com and sign in with your existing Twilio account. If you don't have one yet, create a free account at twilio.com.

Find your Account SID and Auth Token
In the Twilio Console, copy your Account SID and Auth Token from the top of the dashboard. They look like this:
Account SID: ACxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Auth Token: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Find or buy a Twilio phone number
In Search > Buy a number, purchase a phone number in your area code. This will be your "from" number for outbound texts. Make sure it supports SMS.

Email us your credentials
Send us your Account SID, Auth Token, and the phone number you want to use as your outbound sender. We'll configure everything on our end.

What about 10DLC? A2P 10DLC registration is required for high-volume business texting. We'll guide you through this during setup if your use case warrants it. Most contractors start with standard SMS and upgrade as volume grows.
