We reactivate leads and book confirmed appointments
We handle all the outreach, re-engagement, and qualification. When a homeowner is ready, we put a confirmed sit-down estimate on your calendar. You pay $100 per appointment that shows up — nothing if they don't.

You close the deal — we take 3.5% of the contract
When you close a contract from one of our appointments, we collect 3.5% of the gross contract value. That's our performance share. No close, no fee. You'll get a weekly summary of appointment outcomes and deal status.

Audit Clause: To ensure accurate tracking, we require access to your CRM dashboard or a weekly sales report summarizing appointment outcomes. This keeps the partnership transparent and fair for both sides.
